Cotton dyeing generally require pre-treatment, its purpose is to remove impurities on the fabric, these impurities including cotton fiber non-cellulose material ,size and grease in the process of weaving, etc.If these impurities removal is not clean, will affect the dyeing effect, easy to produce dyes stain, color unlevel and the color brilliance decline in dyeing process.

     We generally uses reactive dyes to dye cotton fabric. Reactive dyes have bright color, good dyeing fastness and convenient dyeing operation.Under the condition of alkaline and certain dyeing temperature, thereactive group in molecular structure of the dyes ,reaction with fiberand produce covalent bondcombination .

But addition of alkali and dyeing temperature have duality, if dyeing temperature is too low and alkaline too weak, dyes reactive is incomplete, the dyes dyeing fixation rate is not high; if alkaline is too strong and dyeing temperature is too high dyes hydrolysis, also affect the dyes dyeing fixation rate.Traditional scouring of cotton in the high temperature and strong alkaline conditions (generally with  soda),  the reactive dyesdyeing PH and temperature for the influence of dyes fixation rate is bigger.

This product is the cellulose fiber and its blended fabric of one bath scouring bleaching and dyeing auxiliaries. Include all necessary refining, dyeing with dyes protectant, refined penetrating agent, fixing agent, stabilizing agent, chelating agent, leveling agent, accelerating agent, etc.except hydrogen peroxide .

Using method:

Please test before using, especially want to choose the dyes resistance to hydrogen peroxide (such as Japanese reactive dyes CN series) 

Example:

  Penetrating agent: 0.5 g/l

  HK-1236 :         2-3 g/l

      (laboratory proofing, please use  3 g/l)

  50% hydrogen peroxide : 3-4g/l

            Dyes:          X %

        (such as Japanese reactive dyes CN series)

       98℃×20-30 min

Dyeing finish, washing in cold water then acid neutralization,deoxidize. 

Storage:

    Store in a cool, ventilated, dry place.Avoid deliquescence, use after container seal must be stored in order.
