Components  :Aromatic ring with similar dyes structure, chemicals   and auxiliary compound ,that has a strong affinity for dyes,special surfactants.

 Appearance    :Colorless to light yellow liquid

Ionic Character :Nonionic/Anionic

pH :          :6.5-7.0

Solubility     :Easy solved in warm water.

Characteristic

·        In dyeing and finishing area, the stain from the dyed and printed fabric will cause the fastness problem as well as the unfixing dyes, invented this product HK-302A which with similar dying structure and strong binding ability with dyes.

·        HK-302A protect the colloid and ensure to remove the surface dyes by its forceful dispersing and chelating ability.At the mean while HK-302A enwraps the dyes and prevent these dyes staining on the fabric, ensure the fastness and quality of the final product.

·        Used in colored strips fabric,HK-302A can effectively remove different color fabric on their own floating color, and enwraps them. the surface dyes that enwraped can avoid the tainting each other. HK-302A can remove the staining dyes from the fabric if the tainting happened. Ensure the gorgeous color.

·        Used in soaping for printing HK-302A has good anti-stain performance. No influence to the color and promote the wash fastness of the fabric.

·        HK-302A In the dyeing bath low foam and no help dyeing effect  .

Usage : 

 The dosage depend on the requirement or the degree of the staining

·       Prevent for the colored strips fabric and garment washing：

            １～5g/l

 HK-302A add in the machine (or setting equipments)，rise the temperature to 40℃ and the fabric loading. 60℃×20～30，drain the bath then cool wash.

·       Repair for the colored strips fabric and garment washing：

            1～5g/l  

HK-302A add  in the machine, heat to 60℃，

then the fabric or garment loading, keep 20～30min，drain and cool wash，

 Another 2～5g/l HK-302A at 90℃×20～30 min, Drain and wash.

·       Strong soaping after dyeing：

            1～5g/l 

    90℃×20-30min，Drain and wash.

·       Soaping after printing：

Prevent the stain：  1～5g/l

       Add in the wash machine using normal process.

Repair the stain ： 5～10g/l

       Add  in the wash machine，wash at 90℃.

Package : 120 Kg plastic drums .

Storage: Stored in cool, dry warehouse .
