Application:

This product is a excellent color fastness after dyeing fixing agent, widely applies to improve the reactive dyes and direct dyes in cellulose fibre and blending Fabric color fastness of all kinds of craft.

Properties:

Appearance:    Yellow to light brown liquid.

Main component: High polymer polyamine resin, no formaldehyde.

PH(1% solution): 5.5 + / - 0.5

Solubility:      Easily soluble in water

Compatibility:  Cationic, Suitable for post-processing process after   

 fully washed fabric.

Features:

HK-206-HD fixing agent quality up to the present environmental protection of the European Requirements, completely do not contain any hazardous to health material such as formaldehyde, so its using and  effect is completely accords with the demand of the current textile health and safety at home and abroad.After using this fixing agent , little effect on the light fastness, the original color lustre of fabric is not affected,and the effect is good and reasonable cost. 

 Usage:

1. Impregnation method:

        Light to medium: 0.5-1.5%;

         Dark:         1.5-2.5%.

   Under the condition of PH = 5.0, dealing with 25-30℃x20 min ,  then drying.

2. Pad method:

     Fabric impregnated by the first 20-30℃HK-206HD fixing agent  solution, and then to the rolling pressure after drying.

       Light to medium: 5-15 g/l;

       Dark:          15-30 g/l.

(if these characteristics of HK-206HD fixing agent on some special product effect is not satisfied with the cost function, the user can be adjusted according to the requirements of their own to specific usage so as to achieve the best effect)

Note:

    Like most of the reactive dye fixing agent, no formaldehyde HK-206HD fixing agent with mordant effect for anionic dyes , if using anionic dyes in dying process, fixing and unfixing fibre has been touched each other, then in the next wet processing the objects that have been used fixing agent may be adsorb dyes from the objects that have not used fixing agent color , causes such as the intersection of color fabric color yarn with color, so everyone must attention when the deep color touch with light color yarn .First must be washed with color test .

Peeling out:

Available from the following two kinds of methods to peel out fixing agent from fixed color on the fabric :

 1,  Neutral soap     2%

Leveling agent    1%

Soda ash        1%   

80-90℃×20 min, then full wash with warm water .

2,   Formic acid     3.5 g/l

Ammonia       2%

80-90℃×20 min, then full wash with warm water .When peeling fixing agent and add JFC 1-4 g/l, can improve removal effect.

Storage: Airtight store in a cool ventilated dry place, usually six months or more.

Package: 120 kg / 50 kg plastic drum.
