Application: It be used in the neutral, weak and strong acidic acid dyes dyeing and polyamide fabric dyeing bath. The effect of levelness is very good. It has suitable affinity to fiber and dyestuff. It has strong solubilization, dispersing and protective colloid role for acidic dyes. It suitable for acid dyeing as a levelling agent. It con prevent uneven and shade change, not affect any fastness .This product conforms to the requirements of environmental protection. It is environmental product.

Features

 1,It has suitable affinity to fiber ,has effect of resistance dyeing . it can working in the acid, alkali and hard water bath.

2, It has suitable affinity to dyestuff, it has effect of retarding . Moderate retarding property inhibits momentary dye in the initial dyeing stage,fiber can obtain excellent leveling effect.

3, It has excellent dispersibility and prevent condensation of dyes or precipitation effect, avoid dye cohesion become color points, stains, such as defects . make acid dyes have good solubilization ,dispersion and protect colloidal dispersion effect,  leveling is good.

4, It has chelating metal ion in dyeing bath effect, prevent the metal ions influence on dyeing

5, no interference for anionic dispersant and lubricant add in the dyeing bath.

7, It helps penetration effect .

8,It is easy to soluble in hot water, low foam, it can be used for jet dyeing machine.

9. It has a good ability of oil removal

Usage 

1, It can be directly used as acidic levelling agent : suggest to dilute it 1 to  4-5 and the recommended usage is1-3 g/L
