Application:         

      HK-2053  is a soaping agent developed to remove un-reacted dyes that stays on the surface of the cellulosic fiber. Furthermore, HK-2053 is a low foaming type soaping agent which eliminates foaming problems throughout the operation.

Properties :

1, HK-2053 has highly washing and dispersing capabilities.

2, HK-2053 improves color brightness and color fastness as

  removing un-reacted dyes that stayed on the surface of

  the material dyed with reactive dyes.

3, HK-2053 has a low foaming property, does not

  allow foaming problems throughout the operation such

  as floating of material, entanglement during soaping and

  environmental damage of foam in drainage systems.

4, HK-2053 is stable in hard water, thus problems

  associated with scrum will not occur.

5, HK-2053 is compatible even if it carried over into

  forthcoming treatment bath with fixing agents, thus those

  problems associated with the residue can be trouble free.

Dissolving Instruction :

Dissolve in 40-60℃ warm water at 10%～15% concentrations.

  All the powder dissolves absolutely then liquid low foam soaping agent will be ready.

Usage

1. The optimum dosage depends on material construction, shade, concentration of dyes and treating machines used.

2. The dosage of 0.5-2.0 g/l. can be recommended in exhaust application from ready solution.

3. It should be avoided direct mixing with high concentrated alkali materials.However, change in color may occur over time but this does not effect neither the

 quality nor the properties of the product.
