Application advantages
HK-102A is an excellent hydrogen peroxide bleach stabilizer for both
continuous and exhaustion bleaching methods .
HK-102A eliminates the problems that are caused by conventional
silicate stabilizers such as scale build-up on bleach ranges and heat
exchanges , dye problems due to residual silicates left from
washing , and harsh fabric hand .
HK-102A is stable at high alkali amounts, have very good stabilizing
effect at 40 gr/lt flake caustic soda .
HK-102A has a chelating effect for heavy metals, thus preventing the
decomposition of peroxide in the bleach bath, as well as pin holes
in the fabric .
HK-102A Suitable for cold pad batch, one bath method and traditional
process .
HK-102A Used with chelating and dispersing agent can increase the
dispersing ability .

Dissolving Instruction :
Dissolve 17KG this subject in 83KG 50℃soft water. If need to adjust pH value please add 30％ NaOH or 30％ KOH . Usages 0.3-0.6 g/l
from ready solution .
