Effects :

   HK-101A is a strong Chelating and dispersing powder. HK 101A is an efficient chelating agent for alkaline earth- water and  heavy metal-ions. It provides strong chelating and dispersing abilities to Ca²⁺、Mg²⁺、Fe³⁺  when soft water . Prevent  the sediment generated in the process of dyeing and finishing and other dirt scum,  and will slowly dissolve and remove sediment silicon scale, calcium soap and oligomer in equipment inside, prevent metal salt fouling various fiber  again, increase whiteness of  the bleaching, fastness of the dyeing and printing fabrics.

    This product is high concentration with strong chelating, dispersing, and suspending, obstructing abilities.

    HK 101A doesn't cause any de-metallization of direct and reactive dyes, which are submitted as metallized dyes. HK 101A  isn't a surfactant and will not produce the foam when using.

    Following the above described variety of properties, HK 101A  is a very versatile product.

Main applications:

   Dyeing of cellulosic fibres or cellulosic fibres blends with direct, reactive, vat and sulfur dyes. Print with reactive dyes when applying alginate thickening agents.All scouring, washing and soaping processes in neutral and alkaline range. Application quantity depends on respective operating conditions.

For long liquor ratios we recommend;

                0.5 - 3 ml/l HK 101A

Related to the sequestering of water hardness 10 dH and 1 L water, 0.095 ml HK 101A are necessary.

Dissolving Instruction :

    Dissolved 25kg HK-101A  into 75kg soft water, adjust pH value around 3-4. If need to adjust the pH value please input（50％）NaOH solution.15 min neutralization reaction（TEP.＜60℃） is needed.If  it is need to adjust pH value ,please add (50%)NaOH slowly and wait for 15 min. Meanwhile keep the temperature below 60℃.
Suggestion:

1、Depend on the requirement it can confect  to different concentrations. But strongly suggest that 30%concentration is enough for the dyeing factory.

2、Use soft water otherwise the hard water will infect the chelating and dispersing performance.

3、Use high  purity  NaOH  to confect 50％ NaOH  solution.

4、Slowly input alkali and the temperature should be

 below 60℃ when neutralization in order to separate out.

Storage :

   Stored at a cool  place in tightly sealed containers HK-101A will remain stable for at least 1 year .
