( Based on REDOX system of polyester a bath   

              soaping agent)

Application:

   This product is used for polyester/cotton blended fabric,after polyester dyeing  don't need to do a reductive cleaning directly dye cotton . This product is based on the REDOX system, used for T/C, T/R, and other products of reduction clearing.When necessary  hydrogen peroxide as a promoter for the REDOX system, improve the soaping effect.use BRT in washing process after cotton dyeing , can effectively remove unfixing disperse dyes and reactive dyes adhering to the polyester and cotton fiber , improve the production efficiency, reduce production costs.

Properties:

Appearance: Grayish yellow emulsion, water solution is

            slightly blue liquid

Ionic:      Anionic

Component: Based on the oxidation reduction system of    

            complex

Stability: compatible with anionic, nonionic,   

           incompatible with cationic products, no

            alkali resistant

Solubility: easily soluble in water

Product Features:

  1.The BRT after soaping, can decrease the content of    

    aniline waste water by more than 90%, energy

    conservation and emissions reduction, low carbon

    environmental protection, sewage COD obviously  

    reduced .

2.This product is based on the REDOX system ,soaping agent

  that no need reductive cleaning .

3.This product able to effectively remove the unfixing

  disperse dyes and reactive dyes that attached to

  polyester and cotton fiber, in order to improve the

  water washing, friction fastness, color bleeding

  etc.If suitably add 27.5% hydrogen peroxide solution,

  promote the REDOX system function, improve the soaping

  effect, and promote the system of decolorization of

  waste water.

4.This product can be used for polyester/cotton blended

  fabric with dispersing/reactive dyes in one bath method

  of cleaning, don't need to do a reductive cleaning after

  polyester dyeing .

  5.Use effect is stable, easy to store.To solve sodium  

   hydrosulfite susceptible to oxidation volatile cleaning  

 effect is not stable and inflammable, explosive

 safety

  8.This product can achieve fastness of traditional

reduction clearing process, instead of sodium 

hydrosulfite  and active soaping agent.

9.Do not contain oxidizing or reducing agent, no

  effect on color

10.This product can be used to repair fastness of

  polyester/cotton products and shall not affect the

  color

11.As detergent use in after polyester/cotton yarn

   dyeing or fabrics printing.

12.Products containing polyester after heat setting if

   a drop in fastness problems, use BRT clean can restore

   the fastness OK.

13.Polyester can be instead of reductive cleaning after

   printing, Use together with the HK-302A Anti-stain

   agent can prevent the white ground staining color

Note:

1.The BRT no alkali resistant, please do not use in alkaline condition

2.Using BRT, please ensure that the material barrel, charging cylinder clean, avoid have residual alkali agent, softener, etc

3.BRT is anionic polymer, before use to ensure there is no cationic fabric material, such as softening agent, fixing agent, lest cause ionic reaction of anionic and cationic.If use BRT fastness of repair, must first  peeling out fixing and softer.

4.After using HK-BRT , need to wash clean then dealing the next step.

5.Aim at the product with high fastness, only using BRT to clean , can not meet the requirements, please add hydrogen peroxide promoting effect, but must be sure to test then use.

6.BRT no electrolyte resistance, no alkali resistance,

when PH over than 9 or under a certain concentration

of electrolyte can decompose affecting soaping

effects.BRT need according to the regular soaping 

process before must fully washed and acid

neutralization.

7.BRT for products containing spandex cleaning effect is a bit poor, suggested that the small sample test after use.

8.BRT for polymer, long exposed to air, surface crusting  phenomena will be shown after the evaporation, so after open barrels used to cover the lid in a timely manner.

9.BRT in water as dispersion medium, start at 0℃ will

 be frozen, should be avoided as much as possible.In

 the north can't be avoided in the process of

 transportation and storage of frozen, please put

 product no more than 40℃ of indoor, thaw slowly, then

 mixing the whole barrel , not affect the use effect. 

Additive dosage and temperature:

Polyester/cotton dyeing in one bath cleaning process:

    BRT   1-3 g/l.

   98 ℃×15 min

Polyester printing anti-stain soaping :

BRT 3 g/L

60 ℃×30 min

 To repair fastness that polyester/cotton fabric dyeing :

     BRT 3 g/L

     80 ℃×20 min 

Storage: Airtight store in a cool ventilated dry place, usually six months or more.,if open drum as soon as possible finish, please cover the lid after using .

Storage temperature suggested above 0℃, avoid exposure and freeze 

Package: 125 kg plastic drum .
