Application

    HK-8239 soaping powder is set of several new additives and laccase complex. It be used for cotton and its blends soaping to wash the unfixing and solid hydrolysis dyes. This product reduced times,water and energy compare with the traditional process. So raise the dyeing factory productivity and reduce waste water discharge.

Features:

   polyester, prevent disperse dyes heat migration after

   polyester dyeing

  Bio-degradation. So the wash process will be very short

  and it can reduce COD & BOD discharge. So can   

  saving the cost of sewage treatment.

 5. Improving the quality ：because reduced some wash 

   process so can reduce the fabric weight loss. And can

   increase the soft & fluffy.

Usage

Dosage ：          0.3~0.8g/L（o.w.f）

Soaping temperature： 80--90℃

Dispose time ：      20 --25min

After soaping ：      deep color, one time or two  

                    times cold water wash.

Recommend process ：

For deep color ：

   Drain——hot water wash（60℃×10 min）——acid wash （60℃）then HK-8239 soaping wash（0.3-0.8g/L；90℃×20 min）——cold water wash one or two times—— finishing

For light color ：

   Reduce the HK 8239 dosage and reduce some wash times,please testing first and decide.

Storage : A shelf life of 12 months stored in cool, dry  

   warehouse.
