Application

    This product is a special agent for polyester fiber alkaline dyeing. It can lower comprehensive dyeing cost when used to alkali bath dyeing to polyester fiber and blended fabric. The special alkaline retarding dyeing and strong dispersing level ,dyeing could avoid stained spots and color points as well as badly dyed defects that often appeared during traditional acidic dyeing. Compared to acidic dyeing, The alkaline dyeing method makes polyester fabric enjoy a much purer color, softer and smoother hand-feel.

   It is used as special additives for polyester fiber alkaline dyeing to overcome oligomers, white powder, stained spot.

Features

1. This product extremely strong emulsifying, dispersing

and washing ability, effectively remove all kinds of

un-reacting dyes, prevent and remove polyester oligomers to 90% high rate that produced in dyeing  process, avoiding white powder, stained spots and color points, and effectively prevent stain with white color in printing and stripe fabric, improve every fastness .

2.It has strong leveling and dispersing performance that can overcome defects as stained spots caused by poor pre-treatment.

3.T/C, T/R pre-treatment that makes it more suitable to make use of the “one-bath and one-step”dyeing method during pre-treatment and dyeing process

4.It make the dyed fiber receive better effects for the dyeing bath more dispersing and make better level dyeing, PH value of the dyeing bath keeps stable without any influence from the amount of the dyeing bath, one jar differs little from another, lofting receives high success, the finished enjoy a high color compared rate.

5. It could shorten the time for keeping warm, less cleaning to reshape after dyeing, less times to clean tank and equipment, promote utilization of the equipment as well as save water, electricity and gas.

6. It could reduce the cleaning process before and after dyeing. The polyester cotton blended knitted could further omit bleaching before dyeing.

7. It could avoid abrasion to the knitted without lubricate anti-crease agent while dyeing. Moreover the dyed textile could be soft, smooth. Meanwhile it is easily to be washed and water-saved.

Methods of Application :

     The application levels recommended as standard are as follows:

1.  100%polyester fiber bleaching and bathing together

      HK-2100:      0.5-1.0g/1

   Dispersing dyes :    X%(o.w.f)

 hot wash（water of 90℃）after dyeing---- cold wash

2. Polyester-cotton bleaching and dyeing together (omit bleaching process)

    HK-2100 :      0.5-1.0g/l

  Hydrogen peroxide      :  2-4g/l

Add dispersing dyes 5min then add Hydrogen peroxide.

  Dispersing dyes :   X%(o.w.f.)

 hot water of 90℃ to wash after dyeing ---- cold wash

3. Deep Color Cotton Blended, Bleaching and dyeing together :

         HK2100 :     0.5-1.0g/l

         Dispersing dyes :   X%(o.w.f.)

        Soaping out floating color

Dyeing cotton by reactive dyes should take anti-staining soaping powder 2-3g/l to wash and remove floating color

Notes :

   Present dyeing factory are quite adaptive to the dispersing dyes with PH value of 8 or more. Please see to our technology enclosure (recommendation of dispersing dyes for alkaline dyeing that are supporting to HK-2100), as HK-2100 Excellent polyester dyeing agent that factory could use directly without modifying. But there are much uncertainties of factory, please use after test to insure smooth operation.

1. As dispersing dyes are sensitive to alkali, the using amount of HK-2100 should be controlled at 0.5-1.0g/l.

Please use after test for each dyeing factory holds different dyes structure.

2. When producing sample, please use after diluting HK-2100 to 5%, Insuring its accuracy

Storage : Store in cool and dry places with airtight condition, half year of guarantee period under room temperature.
